Rachel’s Kitchen Marks One Year At The Star In Frisco

Rachel’s Kitchen, the fresh and casual eatery known for its wholesome, made-to-order dishes, is celebrating one year in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Frisco location, situated at the heart of The Star — the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and practice facility — first opened on Sept. 21, 2024.

To mark the milestone, Rachel’s Kitchen is inviting the Frisco community to join a two-day anniversary celebration on Sept. 19 and 20. Guests who sign up as preferred guests will receive an exclusive buy one, get one free entrée offer during the event. The celebration is a way for the restaurant to thank the local community for its warm welcome over the past year.

From Las Vegas To Frisco

Founded in Las Vegas in 2006 by entrepreneur Debbie Roxarzade, Rachel’s Kitchen has grown from a single café to eight locations nationwide. Its menu features healthy salads, fresh juices and smoothies, as well as hearty pastas, sandwiches, wraps and breakfast dishes.

The restaurant industry is constantly evolving, and I’ve had to adapt to stay ahead of the curve. The 2008 recession and the COVID-19 pandemic presented significant challenges, but we persevered. We pivoted to takeout and delivery, implemented strict safety protocols, built up our loyalty program, and embraced technology to connect with our customers. Our server robot, Servi, was also implemented and still remains part of the team at that location. We’re also working on adding some AI technology for our phone system and drive-thru, too. Through these experiences, we emerged stronger than ever.

A Growing Presence In Texas

The Frisco location represents a key step in Rachel’s Kitchen’s national expansion plan, which aims to add more franchise locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The brand emphasizes quality food and welcoming spaces where families and friends can gather.
