Rachel’s Kitchen to Celebrate 20 Years with Specials and Giving Opportunities
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Time to CELEBRATE! Rachel’s Kitchen is excited to mark two decades of serving wholesome food and delicious recipes to our fans across Southern Nevada! What an amazing journey it has been. What started as a tiny setting in south Summerlin is now a local staple with fresh, casual eateries across the Las Vegas valley, and one at The Star in Frisco, Texas.
Founder Debbie Roxarzade opened her first Rachel’s Kitchen on September 1, 2006, offering new customers her original recipes including fresh pastas, wraps, healthful salads, and scrumptious smoothies. Twenty years later the award-winning foodie favorite has an expanded menu and catering options perfect for office luncheons and family events.
“I started my entrepreneurial adventure in Los Angeles where I opened several small restaurants. When Las Vegas began booming my family and I knew we wanted to be part of the growth,” says Roxarzade. “It’s been an amazing and challenging two decades. We’ve been through the Las Vegas boom, an economic downturn, a pandemic, and a resurgence. Now we’re looking ahead to more opportunities thanks to a great team and amazing fans.”
To celebrate the milestone, Rachel’s Kitchen will offer food specials and giving opportunities throughout September. “We love being part of this community,” says Roxarzade, “and through our Friends of Rachel’s giving program we unite with our customers to contribute to amazing nonprofits serving our Valley. This year we’ve selected Project 150 as our anniversary donation recipient.”
Project 150 supports local high school students facing housing and financial challenges. Donations to this nonprofit help provide items like clothing, school supplies, toiletries, food, and support services to help high school students thrive. As part of the 20-year anniversary, Rachel’s Kitchen customers will be able to show their support and “round up” their amount at the register upon checkout on designated dates in September. Stop by your neighborhood Rachel’s Kitchen and join the celebration with delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catering.
