Cauliflower Chipotle Grain Bowl

This bowl brings together seasoned cauliflower, crispy shallots, brown rice, red quinoa, and a kale, sundried tomato and spinach mix, all finished with our house-made chipotle dressing. It’s vegan and gluten-free as served, with grilled chicken breast or avocado available as popular add-ons.

Ingredient benefits:

  • Cauliflower is a good source of vitamin C and fiber, and a solid low-calorie ingredient for a filling bowl.
  • Quinoa is one of the few plant foods that’s a complete protein, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids, along with fiber and minerals like magnesium and iron.
  • Kale is rich in vitamins A, C, and K, and adds a hearty, nutrient-dense green to the mix.
  • Brown rice, as a whole grain, retains its bran and germ, which means more fiber and nutrients than refined white rice.
  • Avocado, if you add it, brings heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and helps the body absorb the fat-soluble vitamins in the rest of the bowl.

Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap

Egg whites, feta, sundried tomato aioli, and our kale, sundried tomato & spinach mix, wrapped in a flour tortilla. It’s a vegetarian option, and chicken or avocado can be added. It’s also available for breakfast catering packages.

Ingredient benefits:

  • Egg whites are nearly pure protein with very little fat, making this wrap a lean way to start the day.
  • Spinach is packed with iron, folate, and vitamin K, all in a low-calorie leafy green.
  • Feta cheese adds calcium and protein, along with a tangy flavor, in smaller amounts than many other cheeses.
  • Sundried tomatoes concentrate the lycopene and vitamin C found in fresh tomatoes into a more intense, savory bite.

Apple Spice Juice

A freshly squeezed, made-to-order juice with apple, cinnamon, ginger, lemon, and carrot. It’s vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredient benefits:

  • Apples contain fiber and vitamin C, along with natural sweetness that anchors the juice.
  • Ginger has long been used to help settle digestion and is known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Cinnamon adds warmth and fall flavor along with antioxidants.
  • Carrots contribute beta-carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A, supporting eye and immune health.

Cucumber Ginger Lemonade

Freshly squeezed cucumbers, ginger, and lemons, made in-house. It’s also available by the gallon for catering.

Ingredient benefits:

  • Cucumbers are mostly water, making this a naturally hydrating, refreshing drink.
  • Lemon provides a dose of vitamin C along with its signature bright flavor.
  • Ginger rounds out the drink with the same digestive and anti-inflammatory benefits it brings to the Apple Spice Juice.

Also New This Season: Pumpkin Spice Latte

For the fall season, we’re also serving a Pumpkin Spice Latte or Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, made with Peet’s Coffee, for anyone craving a classic seasonal favorite alongside their meal.
