Rachel's Kitchen Named to The CO—100 List of America's Top Small Businesses

We have some big news to share as we celebrate our 20th anniversary: Rachel’s Kitchen has been named on the 2026 CO—100, the annual list from CO— by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

What Is the CO—100?

The CO—100 recognizes 100 of the best and brightest small and mid-sized businesses in America. Honorees are celebrated for how they drive innovation and growth, tackle challenges, strengthen their communities, build strong company cultures, and connect with customers. This year’s list spans 36 states and 15 industries, and together the honorees employ more than 2,500 people.

Recognized as an Enduring Business

We were honored in the Enduring Businesses category, which celebrates companies that have grown and stayed strong for more than a decade, through changing markets and shifting expectations. For a restaurant brand that opened its first doors in 2006, that description feels like a compliment to everyone who has worked here and every guest who has pulled up a chair.

From One Las Vegas Location to Eight Restaurants

Rachel’s Kitchen started as a single Las Vegas restaurant serving fresh, wholesome food: salads, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, smoothies, juices, and all-day breakfast. Today we have seven locations in Las Vegas, and in 2024 we opened our first out-of-state restaurant in Frisco, Texas.

Growing Without Losing What Matters

Growth hasn’t been simple. Rising food costs, labor challenges, and supply chain disruptions have tested every restaurant, and guest expectations keep evolving. We’ve responded by refining our menu and purchasing strategies, tightening our operations, and investing in our team’s development. We’ve also put resources into technology, online ordering, and digital accessibility, so more people can enjoy Rachel’s Kitchen in the way that works best for them.

This recognition follows another proud milestone: the U.S. Small Business Administration named Rachel’s Kitchen its 2026 Nevada Woman-Owned Business of the Year.
