Round Up for Rachel's 20th Anniversary: Supporting Project 150
Updated: September 21, 2026
Twenty years ago, Rachel’s Kitchen opened its first Las Vegas restaurant. To celebrate, we’re doing something a little different: giving back to the community that has supported us all along.
For one week only, 09/21/26 through 09/27/26, we’re teaming up with local nonprofit Project 150 for a special round-up fundraiser called Round Up for Rachel’s 20th Anniversary.
Giving Back Is in Our DNA
Giving back is in our DNA. That’s why we donate a portion of all revenue to local charities in the communities we serve.
That commitment lives in Friends of Rachel’s, our way of supporting neighbors through charitable giving at every level of the company, from our corporate office to our franchise locations. Our 20th anniversary round-up builds on that work, giving you a chance to join in.
How It Works
Rounding up is quick and simple:
- Order in-store or online at any of our Nevada locations.
- Round your order total up to the nearest dollar.
- That’s it. All proceeds go to Project 150.
Small amounts add up when a whole community joins in. A few cents on your breakfast, lunch, or dinner order can help a local student.
About Project 150
Project 150 is a Las Vegas nonprofit whose mission is to provide free support and services to homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students, so they can stay in school, graduate, and build bright futures. Their motto says it well: High School Is Tough Enough.
Students shouldn’t have to worry about where they’ll sleep at night, where their next meal is coming from, or how they’ll pay for clothing, hygiene items, and school supplies. Project 150 was created to help local students stay in school and thrive.
How You Can Join In
- Order at any Rachel’s Kitchen (in Nevada) during the campaign week, in-store or online.
- Say yes to the round-up at checkout.
- Spread the word by sharing this post with friends, family, and coworkers.
